- • Lead projects of key organizational significance, including global initiatives supporting operations in Mexico, acting as a bridge between technical teams and organizational stakeholders to drive successful implementation of enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
- • Create comprehensive project plans, manage cross-functional resources, interdependencies, timelines, and metrics of success to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet defined scope and acceptance criteria.
- • Report directly to the Director of IT and Security, contributing to The Trevor Project’s mission of ending suicide among LGBTQ+ young people by embodying organizational values of Heart, Integrity, Community, Belonging, and Progress.
- • Enable critical technology infrastructure that supports 24/7 crisis services, research, advocacy, education, and peer support programs for LGBTQ+ youth across the United States and internationally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- • Strong ability to create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- • Experience managing projects with international scope, including initiatives supporting operations in Mexico.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).
