You will be instrumental in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of complex platform initiatives, often managing multiple concurrent workstreams with varying priorities and dependencies. A core aspect of your role will involve translating high-level strategic objectives into detailed, actionable delivery plans, complete with clear milestones and defined tasks, ensuring that every step is meticulously mapped out for optimal progress. You will adeptly manage and balance the demands of ongoing BAU activities, critical incidents, and planned project deliveries, maintaining a consistent and predictable flow of work that minimizes disruption and maximizes output. A significant part of your role will be the strategic prioritization of competing demands, skillfully balancing the immediate needs of BAU operations against the long-term goals of strategic projects, and supporting the sequencing of the roadmap based on available capacity and identified dependencies. You will serve as a vital conduit, acting as a key liaison between our highly technical engineering, data, and platform teams and our broader business stakeholders, fostering clear, consistent communication and ensuring robust alignment on goals and progress. Providing comprehensive visibility into project progress, potential risks, and overall delivery status through structured reporting and established governance processes will be paramount. You will actively support backlog management, facilitate sprint planning sessions, and champion the adoption of Agile and Kanban delivery methodologies to enhance team efficiency and adaptability. A collaborative approach with architects and technical leads will be essential to ensure that all delivery efforts are in strict alignment with established architecture, security protocols, and integration standards, preventing technical debt and ensuring scalability. Proactively identifying dependencies, potential risks, and critical misalignments early in the process will be a key responsibility, driving timely and structured decision-making to mitigate issues before they impact delivery. Furthermore, you will be a catalyst for continuous improvement, actively seeking opportunities to enhance our delivery processes, refine tooling, and strengthen governance frameworks to enable more scalable, efficient, and sustainable operations across the board.
