📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end delivery of Bisnow’s flagship site-modernization program, translating a multi-million-dollar roadmap into weekly sprints, daily stand-ups, and zero-downtime releases that serve 1.5 million CRE professionals.
• • Run agile ceremonies for a cross-functional team of developers, designers, QA engineers, and third-party vendors; keep velocity visible on Jira dashboards and ensure every story is estimated, groomed, and accepted within the sprint boundary.
• • Map today’s legacy content-management, advertising, and lead-gen workflows down to the database-field level; surface hidden dependencies, technical debt, and integration touchpoints so nothing breaks when we flip the switch.
• • Facilitate requirements workshops with editorial, events, marketing, and sales stakeholders; turn white-board sketches into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and data-migration scripts that developers can execute without follow-up questions.
• • Build and maintain a living release calendar that sequences phased rollouts, blue-green deployments, and rollback plans; communicate changes instantly to executives, sales, and customer success so no deal or newsletter is ever delayed.
• • Coordinate vendor contracts, SOWs, and security reviews for the new cloud platform, search provider, and analytics suite; hold external partners accountable to SLAs, budget caps, and SOC-2 compliance milestones.
• • Operate the QA & release pipeline: define test plans, manage bug triage, schedule UAT sessions, and sign off on production deployments; champion automated testing so each release is faster and safer than the last.
• • Translate technical trade-offs into business impact—explain why refactoring the ad-targeting service unlocks $400k in incremental revenue or how a two-week delay protects 30k daily newsletter subscribers from broken links.
• • Track burn-rate, earned-value, and risk burndown in weekly steering-committee decks; escalate blockers early and propose data-backed mitigation strategies that keep the one-year contract on schedule and on budget.
• • Foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement: run blameless post-mortems, celebrate incremental wins, and embed Bisnow’s values of curiosity, inclusivity, and ruthless discipline into every retro.
