• As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) at Socure, you will be the driving force behind our clients' success, acting as a crucial liaison between our cutting-edge platform and their operational needs. You will leverage your adept communication skills, robust technical knowledge, and innate problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless project delivery. This role empowers you to forge strong partnerships with both clients and internal teams, orchestrating the successful implementation of our world-class Platform and Identity solutions. • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of project management, starting with meticulous requirements gathering to define project scope and objectives. You will be responsible for comprehensive project planning, developing detailed roadmaps, allocating resources, and establishing clear timelines. The implementation phase will see you actively managing project execution, ensuring that all technical and functional aspects are addressed according to plan. You will also provide critical deployment support, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful go-live. A key aspect of your role will be forecasting and communicating project timelines with precision, proactively informing all stakeholders about potential delays, critical milestones, and interdependencies that could impact the project's progress. This requires constant vigilance and effective communication to manage expectations and mitigate risks.
• You will proactively partner with both commercial and technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. This involves regularly educating them on Socure's comprehensive suite of solutions and the intricacies of our deployment process, thereby serving as an indispensable partner in their journey toward success. Close collaboration with our development and deployment management teams will be essential to ensure the seamless integration of Socure's advanced technology with our clients' existing applications. Furthermore, you will be tasked with investigating and diagnosing technical challenges alongside Socure's specialized technical teams, ensuring the highest standards of solution quality, performance, and long-term sustainability. You will also facilitate client status meetings, expertly managing the scope and schedule of multiple, often concurrent, deployments to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
• A significant part of your role will involve continuous learning and mastery of Socure's product suite. This deep understanding will not only enable you to better guide clients on how to leverage our technology effectively but will also provide invaluable insights to supplement and inform our product roadmap. 🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company.
• Applied knowledge of agile software development processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently and idiomatically.
