- • As a Technical Project Manager with Salesforce expertise at ICF International, you will lead the Salesforce Digital Transformation Center (DTC), a federal client-facing Center of Excellence responsible for managing a multi-org Salesforce environment where mission-critical applications are built and supported. Your leadership ensures seamless platform operations, governance, and service delivery across tenant teams, directly enabling federal program success through reliable, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- • You will oversee daily DTC operations including managing a team of Salesforce administrators, architects, and security specialists; leading routine client and internal meetings (daily standups, status calls, CIO reviews); managing the onboarding of new customer teams; coordinating release calendars and CI/CD deployments; maintaining license inventory and allocations; supporting ATO renewal assessments; and curating the DTC Governance Library with policy, procedure, and technical documentation based on Salesforce best practices.

The company fosters an inclusive workplace where employees are empowered to thrive, collaborate, and grow professionally and personally, with strong commitments to equal opportunity, reasonable accommodations, and ethical hiring practices.

You will gain experience influencing enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, shaping governance frameworks, and driving operational excellence—positioning yourself as a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology, project management, and public sector mission delivery.

- • 3+ years of experience managing deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce and GitHub as source control.
- • 1+ years of experience providing complex cost allocations, chargebacks, and reporting for cloud consumption, licensing, and labor.

- • Participation in a 24×7 on-call rotation with other DTC technical staff, including occasional after-hours support for P1/P2 incident response and prescheduled deployment activities.
- • Access to ICF’s comprehensive benefits package, including health, wellness, retirement, and professional development opportunities, as outlined in their Transparency in (Benefits) Coverage Act disclosures.
