- • As a Technical Recruiter at Counsel.com, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s technical hiring engine by identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier talent across Engineering, Product, Design, and AI Research functions. Your work will directly impact Counsel’s ability to build an AI-native medical group that multiplies global healthcare capacity, making this role mission-critical to the company’s growth and innovation in healthcare technology.
- • You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) and AI Research roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial sourcing and outreach through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. This includes partnering closely with engineering leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and maintain a high talent bar aligned with Counsel’s technical and cultural standards.
- • You will contribute to the strategic design and optimization of recruiting processes, including refining workflows in the Ashby ATS, establishing key hiring metrics, and improving data integrity and reporting to enable faster, higher-quality hiring decisions at scale.
- • You will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top 1% talent from competitive ecosystems such as AI, HealthTech, and high-growth startups, leveraging both inbound and outbound techniques to build robust, diverse pipelines.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market intelligence on technical compensation, talent trends, and competitive benchmarks, helping Counsel remain agile and competitive in attracting elite technical talent.
- • You will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by embedding inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring equitable access and representation as core pillars of Counsel’s mission-driven culture.
- • You will join a mission-focused, AI-native organization where clinicians and technologists collaborate to redesign healthcare delivery from first principles, working alongside experts from Harvard, MIT, Google, DeepMind, NVIDIA, and Stripe to build scalable, AI-powered clinical tools that amplify physician impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a dedicated focus on technical roles including Software Engineering, Data, Product, and related EPD functions.
- • Proven track record hiring AI Researchers and Machine Learning engineers in high-growth or AI-native environments.
- • Strong technical fluency in engineering domains such as Backend, Full-stack, ML/AI, Data Engineering, and DevOps to effectively assess candidate qualifications and partner with hiring teams.
- • Experience optimizing scalable recruiting processes and metrics, including proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Ashby experience preferred) and a data-driven approach to reporting and process improvement.
- • Demonstrated success in building and executing proactive outbound sourcing strategies for niche, senior, or highly specialized technical roles.
- • Collaborative mindset with experience acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring transparency, alignment, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
