  • • As a Technical Recruiter at Levelpath, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You will partner directly with the leadership team to conceptualize and implement our technical hiring strategy. This role presents a significant challenge, both in terms of the volume of hiring required and the imperative to maintain an exceptionally high standard of technical excellence. You will be instrumental in establishing the core engineering recruitment processes that will underpin the entire organization's growth.
  • • You will be empowered with the resources and support of a team that possesses extensive experience in scaling high-performance technical organizations, ensuring you have the tools and backing necessary for success.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for critical roles within Engineering, Product, and Design at Levelpath. This involves overseeing every stage, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • • You will be tasked with developing and executing a robust hiring process that spans multiple complex technical searches. This requires not only efficiency but also a steadfast commitment to upholding a high bar for both technical proficiency and cultural alignment.
  • • A key aspect of this role is effectively managing both the recruitment workflow and your internal stakeholders. You will ensure seamless communication and collaboration, guaranteeing that the recruitment process progresses efficiently and without unnecessary delays.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring a flawless transition from the initial candidate engagement at the top of the funnel through to the final offer negotiation and acceptance. This includes providing an exceptional, "white glove" candidate experience at every touchpoint, reflecting Levelpath's commitment to quality and professionalism.
  • • You will take ownership of our recruiting platforms and tools, actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement. This involves identifying and implementing enhancements to our technical sourcing strategies and assessment methodologies to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • • A significant part of your role will be to implement proactive sourcing processes designed to build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline. This includes conducting in-depth sourcing for highly specialized and niche technical roles, as well as strategically managing relationships with third-party specialized recruitment firms when necessary.
  • • You will be accountable for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the recruitment pipeline data. This involves diligently tracking key metrics and providing data-centric updates to engineering leadership. These updates will offer insights into market trends, candidate conversion rates, and overall hiring progress, enabling informed decision-making.
  • • Earning and maintaining the trust of our team members, candidates, and external vendors is paramount. This will be achieved through unwavering honesty, transparency, and candor in all interactions.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the leadership team based at our San Francisco headquarters, contributing to strategic talent acquisition initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of relevant experience with a strong focus on technical roles (Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Management), demonstrating clear career progression and impact.
  • • Proven ability to independently own and manage talent acquisition processes during periods of rapid growth within a high-growth technology company.
  • • Strong track record of building effective, collaborative partnerships with technical leadership and a demonstrated ability to understand complex product roadmaps to successfully meet ambitious hiring goals.
  • • Expertise in managing complex recruitment pipelines, including proficiency in leveraging and optimizing technical assessment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms.
  • • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university or equivalent practical experience.
