- • As a Technical Recruiter at Miter Inc., you will play a key role in doubling the engineering and technical support team over the next year by attracting, engaging, and landing top-tier talent to support the company’s mission of rebuilding core HR, finance, and operations systems for construction contractors using AI and embedded payments.
- • Day to day, you will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements beyond job descriptions, source and screen passive technical candidates across platforms, build authentic relationships with candidates, optimize outreach and sourcing strategies, use data to track and improve recruiting metrics, and champion Miter’s culture by ensuring hires not only fit but elevate the team.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in full-cycle technical recruiting within a high-growth vertical SaaS environment, refine your data-driven hiring strategies using tools like Ashby and BrightHire, strengthen your ability to partner with technical hiring managers, and contribute directly to scaling a mission-driven team building infrastructure-critical software.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a SaaS company
- • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates across various platforms
- • Excellent communication skills for crafting compelling outreach and meaningful candidate conversations
- • Experience partnering with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, create hiring plans, and close top talent
- • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics, analyzing trends, and improving recruiting approaches; prior experience with Ashby and BrightHire a plus
- • Adaptability and creativity in experimenting with new sourcing channels and messaging strategies
