• • As a Technical Recruiter (Contract) at Brigit Inc., you will play a critical role in building the company’s technical talent pipeline by sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates for Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering roles, directly supporting Brigit’s mission to improve financial health for everyday Americans.
• • Day to day, you will conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing candidates via multiple channels, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, managing the candidate pipeline in the ATS, providing high-touch candidate experiences, and collaborating with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring timelines.
