- • Source, recruit, and hire full-cycle technical talent across Engineering, Product, and Design functions at Ironclad, managing all stages from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates with proven experience in high-volume, competitive technical markets.
- • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals and departmental needs.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a best-in-class experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- • Represent Ironclad’s employer brand and value proposition to candidates, effectively communicating the company’s mission, culture, and technological innovation.
- • Own recruitment strategy meetings with business leaders to influence hiring priorities, anticipate staffing needs, and drive proactive talent acquisition plans.
- • Mentor and guide new recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and sourcers within the talent acquisition team to ensure consistency and quality in hiring practices.
- • Navigate complex and sophisticated technical searches, including roles in AI, contract lifecycle management, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- • Utilize ATS tools and recruitment technologies to track pipeline progress, manage candidate data, and report on key recruitment metrics.
- • Anticipate and mitigate risks in the hiring process, resolving bottlenecks and adapting quickly to shifting business priorities and timelines.
- • Deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences through superior negotiation, closing skills, and relationship-building across all levels of the organization.
- • Proactively identify talent gaps and recommend solutions before they are formally requested, enabling Ironclad to scale its technical teams efficiently.
- • Maintain a hybrid work schedule with mandatory in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration, team alignment, and connection events.
- • Participate in additional in-office days as required for company-wide or departmental events to foster team cohesion and cultural integration.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Ironclad’s recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, fairness, and scalability across all hiring activities.
- • Uphold Ironclad’s commitment to inclusive hiring practices, including adherence to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance when evaluating qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records.
