  • • Generate business pipeline aligned with country-specific sales targets for Diversey’s Water Solutions and water treatment products/services.
  • • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the unique value proposition of Diversey’s water treatment technologies to customers and prospects.
  • • Conduct on-site customer visits to install, commission, maintain, and calibrate water treatment equipment and dispensers.
  • • Perform water testing and analysis for cooling water, chilled water, boiler water, reverse osmosis (RO) plants, and wastewater treatment systems.
  • • Troubleshoot water treatment system issues and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
  • • Manage all aspects of assigned customer portfolios including sales correspondence, contract execution, order processing, chemical stock management, and new business implementation.
  • • Engage directly with existing customers and new prospects to identify needs and develop tailored water treatment solutions that drive sales and service outcomes.
  • • Manage swimming pool and industrial water treatment applications, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • • Interpret technical data and translate customer challenges into actionable, profitable business solutions.
  • • Work independently after training, taking initiative to drive sales and service activities without constant supervision.
  • • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions, equipment service, and water quality testing results.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • • Travel as required to support customer sites, regional accounts, and technical demonstrations.
  • • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and customer communication.
  • • Maintain a valid driver’s license and operate a vehicle for customer visits and site inspections.
  • • Foster customer-centric relationships by understanding operational needs and aligning Diversey’s solutions to achieve client success.
  • • Adhere to company policies on safety, inclusion, and professional conduct in all customer and internal interactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or team leadership
  • • B.Sc. Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline plus working knowledge of swimming pool, cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis, and wastewater treatment systems
  • • Demonstrated sales and people skills or aptitude
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • • Willingness to work independently and be a self-starter
  • • Valid driver’s license
  • • Some travel required
