- • Serve as a subject matter expert in pest control strategies for designated market segments and lines of business, developing and supporting the implementation of best-in-class service delivery protocols and processes.
- • Proactively monitor service performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) including ESR Rate, Claims Rate, Escalation Rate, Material Usage/FSP Compliance Rate, Material Cost Revenue %, CVC, NPS, Customer Retention, and Colleague Retention to ensure thresholds are met.
- • Conduct on-site assessments evaluating quality, structural integrity, and sanitation to identify root causes of pest infestations and collaborate with Operations leaders to develop and deploy corrective action plans.
- • Coach and develop Branch leaders in pest management competency, enabling them to effectively coach and develop front-line Technicians and sales colleagues.
- • Work collaboratively with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to resolve service quality issues and drive action plan implementation with RTX and customers.
- • Develop SMART goals and action plans to improve service quality, operational efficiency, financial performance, and colleague retention, then monitor and assist Branch leaders in execution.
- • Drive technical improvements to protocols and service delivery processes by incorporating industry-leading practices and recommending innovation in people, process, and technology.
- • Provide input on technical standards and standard operating procedures to ensure field service delivery excellence.
- • Advise sales teams on business acquisition, customer relationship building, and continuous improvement of processes, data management, and product/service offerings to enhance customer experience.
- • Participate in industry trade associations, conferences, and symposiums to advance industry standards and reinforce Rentokil Terminix leadership and technical expertise.
- • Develop publications, presentations, and training materials to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- • Travel 50–75% of the workweek within the U.S. to conduct site assessments, provide coaching, and support operations across multiple locations.
- • Maintain close visual acuity to analyze data, review computer screens, and perform detail-oriented tasks; operate office equipment including computers and phones for extended periods.
- • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, climbing ladders and scaffolding, crawling, bending, and maintaining balance on narrow or slippery surfaces.
- • Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence and be prepared to work in varied indoor environments with temperature fluctuations.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats, delivering formal presentations and collaborating under time-sensitive conditions.
- • Apply strong project management and change management skills to lead technical initiatives and drive organizational improvements.
- • Demonstrate leadership traits including commercial thinking, urgency, integrity, empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to empower and motivate teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of related structural pest management experience
- • Minimum 2 years of Structural Pest Management field experience
- • Minimum 1 year of management experience
- • Strong project management and change management skills
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivery of formal presentations
- • Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
