- • As a Technical Services Manager at Axon Enterprise, Inc., you will lead the deployment of network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon’s Fleet systems, playing a vital role in post-sale customer-facing operations that ensure exceptional customer experience and continued support.
- • Day to day, you will lead and coordinate Fleet installations, keep third-party installers and customers updated via daily reports and stand-up meetings, deploy hardware and software solutions independently, provide guidance on optimal hardware placement, develop installation diagrams and documentation, train technical and non-technical staff on Axon Fleet and Interview solutions, and engage with key technology decision-makers post-sale.

- • In this role, you will develop leadership and technical expertise in field-based deployments, strengthen cross-functional communication and training abilities, gain deep experience with vehicle and network systems in law enforcement contexts, and achieve measurable impact by ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient Fleet system implementations across Canada.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience with IP networking and connected devices, including configuration and troubleshooting across Layer 2, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments.
- • Proven team leadership skills, with experience leading teams or contractors on multiple projects with successful outcomes.
- • Ability to work safely and skillfully with hand tools, and exposure to low-voltage / 12V electrical systems is an asset.
- • Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work both within a team and independently.
- • Experience with law enforcement agencies is highly valued.
- • French speaking is an asset but not required.
