- • Provide pre-sales technical support and sample analysis services for Agilent's LCMS related products.
- • Develop application methods and solutions based on Agilent's LCMS related products to meet customer needs and expectations.
- • Focus on complex sample analysis in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, materials, and research.
- • Understand customer challenges and provide suitable solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- • Provide technical support to the sales team, including training and answering technical and application-related questions.
- • Share technical knowledge in seminars, lectures, and conferences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master's degree or above, with 5 years or more of experience in using LCMS.
- • Priority given to those with technical support experience in the food, environmental, or materials industries.
- • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer interaction skills.
- • Good interpersonal communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- • Ability to accept a high frequency of business trips.
