📋 Description

• As a Technical Solutions Consultant - AI Consulting at TrueLogic Company, you will play a pivotal role in bridging advanced AI technology with enterprise customer needs, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the platform across complex organizational environments. This role is critical to driving business value and ROI for clients by translating technical capabilities into real-world solutions, making you a key enabler of digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups alike.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include joining sales conversations to assess client technical needs and AI maturity, defining feasible and optimal technical approaches tailored to each organization’s goals, and translating client requirements into clear, actionable implementation plans. You will set up and configure the platform end-to-end for enterprise clients, including designing and refining system prompts and inputs to control LLM behavior, configuring integrations such as SSO, and aligning platform features with client workflows. Additionally, you will build repeatable playbooks to improve implementation speed and consistency, act as the main technical point of contact for Sales and Customer Success teams, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by coordinating with Engineering and Product when necessary, and collect and structure client feedback to inform ongoing product improvements.
• You will be part of TrueLogic’s elite team of 600+ highly skilled tech professionals based across Latin America, supporting U.S.-based enterprise clients in their most strategic technology initiatives. The company has over two decades of experience delivering nearshore staff augmentation and technology solutions, partnering with organizations ranging from innovative startups to industry leaders to achieve measurable digital transformation outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to helping clients deploy advanced AI technologies at scale, generating tangible business value and return on investment.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI implementation, prompt engineering, and cross-functional stakeholder management while gaining exposure to cutting-edge LLM platforms and integration ecosystems. You will develop advanced consulting skills by working closely with C-level executives and technical teams, enhance your ability to architect scalable solutions, and build a proven track record in driving successful AI adoption — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the rapidly evolving AI consulting landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms through implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering roles
• Strong prompt engineering skills to reliably guide and control LLM behavior in production environments
• Proven experience working directly with clients, including C-level executives in large organizations
• Ability to effectively translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple client implementations in parallel
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
