📋 Description

• As a Technical Solutions Consultant - AI Consulting at TrueLogic Company, you will play a pivotal role in enabling enterprise organizations to successfully deploy and derive value from advanced AI technologies, directly contributing to their digital transformation and ROI goals by bridging technical implementation with customer success.
• You will engage early in sales conversations to assess client technical needs and AI maturity, define optimal technical approaches, translate requirements into actionable implementation plans, and serve as the primary technical liaison between sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless platform adoption.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and setting up the platform end-to-end for enterprise clients, designing and refining system prompts and inputs to control LLM behavior, configuring integrations such as SSO, building repeatable playbooks to accelerate implementations, troubleshooting technical issues in coordination with engineering and product teams, and collecting and structuring client feedback to drive product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms through implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering roles
• Strong prompt engineering skills to reliably guide and control LLM behavior
• Proven experience working directly with clients, including C-level executives in large organizations
• Ability to effectively translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple client implementations in parallel
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity in explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
