• • As a Technical Solutions Consultant - AI Consulting at TrueLogic Company, you will serve as a critical bridge between enterprise clients and cutting-edge AI platform implementations, directly enabling business value through successful technology adoption and ROI generation. This role is pivotal in helping organizations deploy advanced technologies to their workforces, ensuring seamless onboarding, configuration, and scaling of AI solutions across complex enterprise environments.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include joining sales conversations to assess client technical needs and AI maturity, defining feasible and optimal technical approaches tailored to each organization, translating client requirements into clear, actionable implementation plans, and setting up and configuring the platform end-to-end for enterprise clients. You will design and refine system prompts and inputs to control platform behavior, configure LLM settings, integrations (such as SSO), and platform features cohesively, build repeatable playbooks to improve implementation speed and consistency, act as the main technical point of contact for Sales and Customer Success teams, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by coordinating with Engineering and Product when needed, and collect and structure client feedback to inform ongoing product improvements.
