📋 Description

• As a Technical Solutions Consultant specializing in AI Consulting, you will serve as the critical bridge between enterprise clients and TrueLogic’s technology platform, ensuring successful deployment of advanced AI solutions that drive measurable business value and ROI for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups across the U.S. market.
• You will engage directly with clients during sales conversations to assess technical needs and AI maturity, translating complex business requirements into feasible, optimal technical implementation plans while acting as the trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Day to day, you will configure and set up the platform end-to-end for enterprise clients, including LLM settings, SSO integrations, and feature configurations; design and refine system prompts to control AI behavior reliably; build repeatable playbooks to accelerate implementation speed and consistency; troubleshoot technical issues by coordinating with Engineering and Product teams; and serve as the primary technical point of contact for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure smooth platform adoption, collect and structure client feedback to inform product improvements, and manage multiple client implementations in parallel with strong organizational discipline.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms through implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering roles
• Strong prompt engineering skills to reliably guide and control LLM behavior in production environments
• Proven experience working directly with clients, including C-level executives in large organizations, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client implementations in parallel while maintaining quality and timelines
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
