• • As a Technical Sourcer at Latamcent, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top engineering talent across Latin America to support U.S. SaaS clients in building high-performing nearshore teams.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other platforms; building and maintaining accurate talent pipelines in the ATS; collaborating with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies; conducting personalized outreach; pre-screening for technical skills and English fluency; tracking sourcing metrics; and staying current on regional tech talent trends.
• • You will join a fast-growing, remote-first team at Latamcent, a specialized nearshore staffing agency that partners with U.S. SaaS companies to hire the top 10% of Latin American talent in engineering, GTM, and finance functions.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical sourcing, gain exposure to cutting-edge roles like AI/ML and blockchain engineering, and have clear pathways to advance into full-cycle recruiting or team leadership within a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
