  • • Technical Support Specialist at Henry Schein, Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and customer satisfaction of Connect Dental Digital Products across Thailand. This position is essential for maintaining the reliability and performance of advanced dental technology solutions, directly impacting clinical workflows and patient care outcomes by minimizing downtime and maximizing product usability.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include taking ownership of Connect Dental Digital Products by diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing both software and hardware components; conducting thorough inspections and analyses of equipment damage to determine root causes and implement effective repairs or part replacements; managing technical issues throughout their lifecycle, from initial report to resolution, while coordinating after-sales service follow-ups; delivering product education and training sessions to customers, including live demonstrations and hands-on guidance to ensure proper usage and optimal performance; providing accurate information about product features, benefits, and operational procedures, including arranging and executing product deliveries when required; collaborating closely with Sales teams and other internal stakeholders to align technical support with customer needs and sales initiatives; and performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support evolving business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in technical support, field service, or equipment maintenance, preferably with medical, dental, or healthcare technology products.
  • • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues independently.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience delivering product training, demonstrations, and clear technical explanations to non-technical users.
  • • Ability to work remotely while managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining detailed records of service activities.
  • • Familiarity with dental digital products, imaging systems, CAD/CAM technology, or related clinical equipment is a strong plus.
  • • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support, training, or product deliveries as needed.
