- • The Technical Support Analyst serves as the first point of contact for customer and internal technical support requests, ensuring timely resolution and positive user experiences.
- • Day-to-day duties include troubleshooting basic technical issues related to system access, configurations, and data flow; logging and tracking support tickets; performing initial triage of API, EMR, FTP, or integration issues; and collaborating with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams for smooth handoffs.
