📋 Description
- • As a Technical Support Analyst at Yuno Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Yuno’s payment orchestration platform by implementing monitoring systems, preventing incidents, and providing frontline technical support to clients.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include implementing a robust real-time monitoring system for full workflow visibility, preventing critical incidents before they impact clients, providing data-driven insights to position the NOC as a strategic team, creating standardized processes for operational excellence and scalability, ensuring continuous operational coverage through defined shifts and seamless handovers, delivering Level 1 support to clients as the first line of defense, and assisting backend teams with scripting, bug reproduction, log analysis, basic API testing, and small development activities to build backend knowledge.
- • You will be part of the Implementation & Technical Account Manager Team at Yuno, a company building the payment infrastructure that enables global market participation for all companies through a high-performance payment orchestrator founded by seasoned experts in payments and IT.
- • In this role, you will develop technical expertise in payment systems, monitoring tools, APIs, and scripting while gaining hands-on experience in incident management, client support, and cross-functional collaboration—positioning you to grow into more advanced technical or operational roles within a fast-scaling global fintech.
