  • • As a Technical Support Engineer at Incident Technologies, Inc., you will serve as the first line of communication between the company and its customers, playing a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience with the incident.io platform.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering world-class customer support via Slack and Pylon, acting as the voice of the customer by capturing feedback and feature requests for Product and Engineering teams, resolving technical issues in collaboration with Customer Success Managers and Engineers, debugging integration problems, writing custom scripts, working with APIs, and helping to expand technical support processes.
  • • You will be part of the Product Development team within a fast-growing, ambitious company that values product quality, customer success, and innovation, working alongside teams that have helped over 1,500 companies—including Netflix, Airbnb, and Block—manage over 500,000 incidents since 2021.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in SaaS support, strengthen your ability to bridge customer needs with product development, gain hands-on experience with APIs and integration troubleshooting, and grow your impact by shaping support processes in a high-impact, customer-centric environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a similar technical support role, preferably at a SaaS company
  • • Experience with monitoring and on-call systems
  • • Ability to write code sufficiently to tackle technical challenges and debug integration issues
  • • Skill in communicating complex technical information clearly and simply
  • • Strong curiosity about how products work and how components interact
  • • Being smartly persistent—knowing when to dig deep into a problem and when to move on
