Technical Support Engineer

• • As a Technical Support Engineer at Sweet Security, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, playing a foundational role in establishing and leading the company’s technical support function during a pivotal growth phase in cloud and AI security.
• • Day to day, you will diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues across cloud, containerized, and network environments; guide customers through setup and configuration; collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve problems; and document solutions to improve internal knowledge and customer experience.
