  • • This role is pivotal in ensuring our merchants can seamlessly process payments and continue to expand their businesses, directly impacting their success and Adyen's growth.
  • • You will be an integral part of a highly merchant-focused, motivated, and collaborative international team, bringing together diverse backgrounds and skill sets to achieve shared success.
  • • Operating within a 24/7 business environment, you will contribute to a 'follow the sun' support model, ensuring continuous assistance for our merchants across different time zones.
  • • To maintain this high level of service, the role occasionally requires participation in a planned, rotating schedule for weekend and holiday coverage, with compensation provided through time off and additional pay.
  • • Your extensive knowledge of the Adyen platform, its APIs, and underlying web technologies will be a core asset, valued by both our merchants and internal teams.
  • • You will become a key source of knowledge, deeply understanding the Adyen platform, its APIs, the associated web-stack technologies, and industry-standard integration methods and best practices.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass supporting merchants throughout their entire lifecycle, providing direct, expert technical assistance to resolve their queries and challenges.
  • • You will act as an internal product advocate, actively tracking product processes and contributing to the platform's evolution by channeling feedback and identifying issues reported by merchants.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve advising merchants on the most effective implementation practices for Adyen's solutions, as well as proactively addressing and resolving their specific technical issues.
  • • You will recognize that every interaction with a merchant is a critical customer service experience, and you will strive to deliver a seamless, global support experience that transcends geographical boundaries and time differences.
  • • Your strong written and verbal communication skills in English will be essential for effectively interacting with a diverse international clientele.
  • • You will demonstrate innovative thinking and possess strong problem-solving capabilities, with the agility to quickly adapt to new processes and procedures while managing a wide array of technical support requests and challenges.
  • • A strong affinity for API troubleshooting, familiarity with tools like Postman, a solid understanding of internet technologies, and knowledge of technical processes such as HTML, JavaScript, and scripting are crucial for success in this role.
  • • You will be a self-driven individual, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision, taking full accountability for your work and the results you deliver.
  • • Previous exposure to environments characterized by uncertainty is highly valued, showcasing a proven track record of successfully navigating and resolving ambiguity.
  • • You will be adept at making quick, informed decisions under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency, necessity, and both internal and external requests.
