📋 Description

• As a Technical Support Engineer at Menlo Security, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring secure and seamless experiences while supporting the company’s mission to enable secure global collaboration.
• You will manage customer tickets and urgent requests in line with SLAs, troubleshoot and reproduce technical issues, update internal databases with resolutions, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to share insights.
