📋 Description
- • As a Technical Support Engineer at Tenable, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the company’s cybersecurity products and its global customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and contributing to the reduction of cyber risk for organizations worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will troubleshoot and analyze customer technical inquiries, use remote techniques to resolve issues, analyze vulnerability scan results and log events, recreate software issues in lab environments, and provide clear, actionable guidance to customers in both English and Spanish.
- • You will join a global team at Tenable, the Exposure Management company trusted by 44,000 organizations including 65% of the Fortune 500, where collaboration across Sales, R&D, Customer Advocacy, and Operations is encouraged in a culture of belonging, respect, and excellence.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cybersecurity tools like Nessus, develop AI-assisted support skills, enhance cross-functional communication, and gain pathways for career advancement within Technical Support or other Tenable organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency and ability to explain technical concepts in English and Spanish
- • Must be located in Mexico
- • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- • 2+ years professional experience with networking (TCP/IP), Linux/Unix, macOS, Windows administration, patch deployment, and system configuration
- • Experience providing technical support to enterprise clients, troubleshooting complex issues in production or customer environments
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly
- • Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused mindset
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays
- • Ability to work hours supporting the US Eastern/LATAM time zones
