📋 Description
- • As a Technical Support Executive (3rd Line) on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract, you will serve as an Integration Analyst within Awin’s Technical Services department, playing a critical role in onboarding top brands onto the affiliate network by ensuring seamless implementation of bespoke online tracking technology.
- • Day to day, you will act as the technical liaison between clients’ marketing and technical teams, isolate and resolve integration errors, provide clear technical guidance, review team members’ work for sign-off, contribute to monthly integration targets, administer internal and external knowledge bases, train colleagues, and test new platform developments.
- • You will join a fast-paced, collaborative Technical Services team at Awin Group AG, a global leader in affiliate marketing and part of the Axel Springer group, known for its dynamic, inclusive, and socially conscious culture that values diversity, authenticity, and innovation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in web technologies (HTML, SQL, JavaScript, PHP), e-commerce platforms, and technical integration processes, while developing stakeholder management, problem-solving, and process optimization skills that form a strong foundation for career progression within the company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture and understand technical systems holistically
- • Excellent communication skills, preferably backed by customer service experience, with a focus on relationship building
- • Proficiency in web languages including HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP, along with familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- • IT-related degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
