- • Technical Support I is a dual role combining customer-facing support with operational responsibilities such as transaction processing, payouts, and account verification within GoDaddy’s Investors and Enterprise Operations - Services & Care team.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with customers via email, phone, chat, or internal systems; troubleshooting technical and operational issues using diagnostic tools and knowledge articles; processing transactions and ID verification; maintaining detailed case documentation in Salesforce and other tools; and participating in training and skill-building activities.
- • The role is based remotely in Bulgaria with flexible scheduling within department hours (10:30am EEST to 1:30am EEST, 7 days a week), including weekend work, and occasional office visits for team meetings or events.
- • You will develop deeper product knowledge, improve technical troubleshooting skills, and grow within a high-performing support organization by helping customers, solving problems, and learning new systems in an escalated support environment that values quality, empathy, and attention to detail.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- • 1+ years of customer support or technical support experience
- • Experience using support tools such as Salesforce, Confluence, or similar platforms
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- • Ability to follow structured procedures while handling a variety of customer and operational tasks
