📋 Description
- • The Technical Support Provider role at TruBridge is essential for ensuring seamless operation of electronic billing software, specifically supporting Eligibility Verification and Patient Liability Estimator service lines, directly impacting client satisfaction and revenue cycle management efficiency.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting internal and external customers with technical support for machine readable files and shoppable services, providing eligibility verification support for RCM or third-party EHR systems, creating and modifying Good Faith Estimate letters, modeling and reviewing PLE profiles, answering incoming call queues, monitoring manual support queues, and conducting research and special projects as assigned by management.
