- • In this critical customer-facing role, you will operate at the exciting intersection of hardware, software, and real-world industrial operations. This dynamic environment ensures that no two days are ever the same, offering a constant stream of new challenges and learning opportunities. As the first line of defense for our customers, you will be instrumental in resolving issues that arise during the deployment and operation of Standard Bots robots.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of a customer issue. This includes meticulously diagnosing problems, providing clear and effective guidance to customers throughout the resolution process, and seamlessly collaborating with our engineering and product teams when complex issues require their expertise. You will be empowered to own issues end-to-end, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational continuity.
- • Beyond direct customer interaction, you will contribute significantly to building the foundational systems and resources that enable our support function to scale effectively. This involves the creation and maintenance of comprehensive knowledge base articles, detailed troubleshooting guides, and the identification of recurring patterns in support requests. This data-driven approach will provide invaluable insights for continuous product improvement.

- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Delivering expert technical support to our diverse customer base through various channels, including phone, email, video calls, and our dedicated ticketing system. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing and effectively resolving issues related to Standard Bots robots.
- • Guiding customers through intricate troubleshooting procedures, assisting with configuration adjustments, and educating them on best practices for optimal robot deployment and ongoing operation.
- • Fostering strong collaborative relationships with our engineering, product, and field service teams to ensure the timely and efficient escalation and resolution of complex technical challenges.
- • Meticulously documenting all technical issues, implemented solutions, and customer interactions within our CRM system (such as HubSpot), ensuring a comprehensive and accessible record of support activities.
- • Proactively creating and maintaining a robust knowledge base, including frequently asked questions (FAQs) and detailed troubleshooting guides, to empower customers with self-service resources and reduce resolution times.
- • Identifying critical patterns and trends within support requests, and effectively surfacing actionable feedback to the product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- • Taking ownership of ticket management processes, continuously evaluating and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- • Consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) for support, including response time, resolution time, and overall customer satisfaction.
- • Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
