  • • The role ensures seamless operation of Vonage’s communication platforms by providing 2nd line technical support, maintaining service reliability, and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include logging, prioritizing, and escalating support issues and requests; developing and maintaining strong client relationships to promote high-quality service; resolving 2nd line support issues via telephone, remote support, or onsite visits; analyzing network trace information to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems; managing individual work streams using Salesforce CRM to track and update case progress; and working within a shift model that supports 24/7 global operations.
  • • The Technical Support Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and customer success to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and to provide feedback that informs product improvements.
