- • As a Technical Support Specialist at Vanta, you will help customers earn and prove trust by addressing their technical support requests and ensuring a superior customer experience while adhering to service SLAs.
- • You will provide technical support through email, screen sharing, and chat with timely resolutions, master Vanta’s product, explain complex solutions in simple terms, troubleshoot issues, create test cases for the Product team, escalate bug reports, contribute to documentation, and participate in team troubleshooting sessions and meetings.
- • You will work closely with Vanta’s Support and Engineering teams to deliver comprehensive technical, product, and compliance solutions throughout the customer’s security journey, prioritizing customer education and building strong partnerships through trust and transparency.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in SaaS support, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, networking, and log management tools, while developing skills in product feedback, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration—positioning you for growth in technical support or customer success engineering paths.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of technical customer support experience in a SaaS/Tech space
- • Located in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- • Excellent troubleshooting skills with experience in cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, networking, and log management tools like Datadog
- • Ability to support a 9AM-6PM PST M-F schedule with rotational on-call and occasional weekend/holiday support
- • Empathy for customers and team, thriving in collaborative environments with active participation in team meetings and huddles
- • Openness to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
