- • As a Technical User Operations Specialist at Harvey AI Inc., you will serve as the frontline support specialist within the User Operations team, providing empathetic and efficient technical support to enterprise customers using Harvey’s AI-powered platform for legal and professional services.
- • Day to day, you will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving technical and product-related issues such as AI output quality, app access, APIs, authentication, and error logs, while managing multiple priorities during support shifts and documenting interactions to improve support materials and processes.
- • You will join a fast-moving, mission-driven team at Harvey AI, a company transforming professional services through frontier agentic AI, serving 1500+ customers across 60+ countries with strong product-market fit and backing from top-tier investors.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical support for AI-driven products, sharpen your problem-solving and communication skills, and contribute to refining support workflows and knowledge resources while growing alongside a high-performing team committed to excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in a fast-paced technical support role delivering white-glove or premium support to large enterprise customers for AI-driven products
- • Exceptional empathy and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a creative approach to diagnosing and resolving complex issues
- • Solid understanding of APIs and proficiency with customer support tools and CRM systems
- • Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively
- • Demonstrated passion for learning and continuous improvement, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends and best practices
