📋 Description

• As a Technology and Innovation - MuleSoft Developer at Riveron Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in enabling seamless, secure, and scalable system-to-system communication across the organization by designing, building, and maintaining integrations between internal systems and third-party automation platforms. Your work will directly support fast-moving business processes through reliable API connectivity and event-driven workflows, ensuring operational resilience and agility in a dynamic enterprise environment.
• Day to day, you will build and maintain integrations between internal APIs and third-party workflow automation platforms such as Gumloop, n8n, Langsmith, and similar tools; develop and maintain API connectors, webhooks, and data transformation logic using MuleSoft and DataWeave; design and implement event-driven workflows leveraging webhook and asynchronous patterns to enable real-time data exchange; monitor integration health, proactively troubleshoot failures, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability; collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to gather integration requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and prioritize work based on impact and urgency; and document integration workflows, API specifications, and operational runbooks to support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and long-term maintainability.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API-led connectivity, and automation orchestration using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in integration architecture. You will gain hands-on experience solving real-world integration challenges across diverse industries, enhance your ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders, and contribute to scalable, secure systems that drive digital transformation—building a foundation for advancement into senior integration, architecture, or technology leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including design, development, deployment, and management of integrations
• Practical experience with DataWeave for data transformation, mapping, and enrichment in integration flows
• Strong familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Gumloop, n8n, Langsmith, or similar platforms, including webhook configuration and API orchestration
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous communication patterns, and distributed system principles
• Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot complex integrations, including error handling, logging, and performance optimization in production environments
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and document processes clearly
