- • Lead client-specific OneStream administrative and managed services, including daily helpdesk support, application performance monitoring, month-end close and consolidation tasks, budget/forecast activities, new report development, and client training and documentation.
- • Collaborate with Riveron’s financial and technical project teams to design, configure, and implement OneStream solutions aligned with client business requirements and financial processes.
- • Translate client business needs into technical OneStream functionality, ensuring accurate configuration of financial workflows, data models, and reporting structures.
- • Lead or assist implementation teams in executing full-cycle OneStream deployments, from requirements gathering through design, configuration, quality assurance, and final delivery.
- • Define integration requirements to connect OneStream with external applications and coordinate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- • Conduct client workshops to educate stakeholders on OneStream capabilities, corporate performance management best practices, and emerging technology trends.
- • Develop and deliver clear verbal, written, and oral communications to diverse audiences including client leadership, finance teams, and internal Riveron stakeholders.
- • Ensure all project deliverables—including functional specifications, design documents, configurations, and QA testing—are completed on time and meet Riveron’s quality standards.
- • Participate in engagement quality assurance efforts to maintain high standards for implementation outcomes and client satisfaction.
- • Provide ongoing technical support for OneStream environments post-implementation, including troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancement of existing solutions.
- • Leverage knowledge of consolidated financial statements and corporate finance processes (financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation) to guide solution design.
- • Utilize VB.NET, Visual Basic, or C# to write and customize business rules within the OneStream platform.
- • Apply broad knowledge of OneStream Marketplace solutions to recommend and implement value-added extensions for client engagements.
- • Maintain strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data modeling techniques to support financial analysis and reporting needs.
- • Mentor and guide junior team members on OneStream implementation methodologies and delivery best practices.
- • Adhere to Riveron’s DELTA values—Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability—in all client interactions and internal collaborations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- • 5+ years of implementation or optimization experience with OneStream or other CPM solutions (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive)
- • Completed multiple full-cycle OneStream implementations or equivalent CPM deployments
- • OneStream certification required
- • Experience with VB.NET, Visual Basic, or C# for business rule development
- • Demonstrated understanding of consolidated financial statements and corporate finance processes (close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation)
