- • Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) support to the senior leadership teams overseeing Reddit's Infrastructure and Engineering organizations. This involves a deep dive into operational expenditures (Opex), working collaboratively with key stakeholders to meticulously plan, forecast, and manage these budgets. Your insights will enable informed prioritization decisions, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support Reddit's ambitious goals.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve developing and maintaining robust, long-range hiring plans. These plans must be meticulously aligned with Reddit's overarching organizational strategy, ensuring that the company's growth is supported by a well-defined and sustainable talent acquisition roadmap. You will be tasked with mapping engineering roadmaps directly to resourcing plans, critically evaluating each headcount request to ensure it is backed by a clear business case and tied to specific, measurable deliverables.

You will work closely with the Developer Productivity function to assess productivity metrics, identify key trends, and evaluate how strategic investments directly contribute to enhancing engineering velocity. 🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment, with a background in Consulting, Big 4 Advisory, or investment banking.
