📋 Description
- • The Technology Graduate Programme at hyperexponential Ltd is a 12-month entry-level role designed to launch technical careers by embedding graduates into core engineering teams building AI-powered insurance platform solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building real technical solutions such as automating workflows, improving processes with AI tools, developing small product features, and creating internal automation that enhances team efficiency, while collaborating across Engineering, Product, AI, and operations teams.
- • You will join a cohort of 8 graduates across technical teams including product engineering, AI, model development, platform, and security, with placements shaped by business needs and individual strengths, supported by mentors, technical leaders, and structured learning.
- • The role offers the opportunity to develop foundational knowledge of hx’s platform, gain commercial context by working with customer-facing teams, complete a Model Development certification, and deliver a final programme project showcasing applied technical and commercial skills in a high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong technical foundations in Python, demonstrated through code for data analysis, automation, academic projects, or personal work that shows real problem-solving ability.
- • Curiosity about AI and automation, evidenced by experimentation with LLMs, machine learning concepts, AI-assisted development tools, or personal projects exploring emerging technologies.
- • Initiative beyond academics, such as internships, personal technical projects, hackathons, teaching, leadership in societies, or open-source contributions.
- • Ability to break down technical problems, experiment with solutions, and persist when initial approaches fail, showing a resilient problem-solving mindset.
- • Clear communication of technical concepts through coursework, documentation, or collaboration on group work requiring explanation of complex ideas.
- • Ownership of outcomes, including seeing projects through to completion, proactively identifying improvements, or taking responsibility when plans change.
