- • As a Technology Lead at Altus Group, you will drive the design and engineering of major deliverables that directly impact commercial real estate clients and investors, helping transform analytics in a data-rich but fragmented industry.
- • You will produce high-quality, secure, and scalable code at high velocity, lead technical design decisions, own end-to-end frameworks, and mentor engineers while fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and customer focus.
- • You will work within Altus Group’s Engineering team, which is building a modern cloud platform to centralize, normalize, and deliver commercial real estate intelligence, enabling clients to increase returns and lower investment risks.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and agile leadership, while gaining influence over technical strategy and contributing to the evolution of a high-visibility platform used by industry leaders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including Python, JavaScript, React, Java, or C#
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
- • Experience building, deploying, and operating applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- • Proven track record as a tech lead or key contributor delivering high-velocity, high-quality software with strong design, testing, and DevOps practices
- • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, make sound technical decisions, and drive engineering excellence in fast-paced environments
