- • Lead and oversee operational technology services for a global, always-on technology ecosystem including AWS-based platforms, distributed data center environments, enterprise applications, and SaaS operational systems.
- • Drive long-term platform strategy while ensuring consistent, high-performance execution of daily technology operations.
- • Ensure system performance, cybersecurity, availability, scalability, and operational resilience across all technology platforms with continuous 24/7 support.
- • Oversee the stability and performance of both cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
- • Lead application support and operational response processes to maintain service continuity and minimize downtime.
- • Direct and manage technical operations and service delivery teams responsible for platform reliability and incident response.
- • Enable scalable infrastructure to support engineering initiatives and product development goals.
- • Manage enterprise network services and database operations to ensure optimal performance and security.
- • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in technology, product, and business units to align operational capabilities with organizational objectives.
- • Drive visibility into operational KPIs in collaboration with product and engineering teams to inform decision-making and improve service levels.
- • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to application performance and system availability.
- • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across all technology platforms and services.
- • Champion modern cloud-based architecture and operations practices to support business growth and customer success.
- • Maintain high standards for operational excellence in a 24/7 global environment with zero tolerance for avoidable outages.
