- • As a Technology Project Manager at Real Chemistry LLC, you will serve as a technical anchor within the Technology team, driving the execution and evolution of clients’ digital marketing ecosystem projects. This role is critical to ensuring seamless implementation of marketing platforms, workflow processes, and data integration efforts for top pharmaceutical and biotech clients, directly supporting Real Chemistry’s mission to transform healthcare through innovation and scientific expertise.
- • Day to day, you will maintain tech team status, communication, and tracking of deliverables; collaborate with Account Services, Finance, and Technology Engineering to build work breakdown structures, plan technical scenarios, and track risks; conduct client status calls; manage delivery timelines for platforms including SFMC, Marketo, HubSpot, Drupal, WordPress, .NET, Veeva CRM/Vault, and OneTrust; collaborate on data management installations using Snowflake, AWS, Boomi, and JSON payloads; develop and maintain operational standards, checklists, and documentation; create SOWs for client requests; assist in capturing business requirements; and serve as a digital translator across teams to ensure clarity and risk awareness in technical communications.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare marketing technology ecosystems, lead process improvement initiatives, and gain experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. You will have the opportunity to productize technical processes, influence cross-functional standards, and grow as a strategic leader in delivering complex digital marketing solutions—all while contributing to meaningful work that improves healthcare outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing technical project management
- • Demonstrated success leading workflow or process improvement initiatives
- • Strong technical and business understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and associated tech/data infrastructure
- • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including practical strengths and weaknesses
- • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing environments
- • Proficiency in JIRA, MS Office, and Copilot
