  • • Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects using Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies to ensure successful execution within scope, time, budget, and quality benchmarks
  • • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition, resource estimation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for software solutions delivered to UK Public Sector and regulatory clients
  • • Oversee financial stewardship of projects, ensuring compliance with governance, legal, and regulatory requirements while maintaining cost control and value optimization
  • • Collaborate closely with a team of over 50 technical staff across Architecture, Design, Engineering, and Service Management to align technical approaches with project objectives and resolve delivery challenges
  • • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve dependencies and obstacles across multiple project streams to maintain momentum and meet critical milestones
  • • Coach and facilitate cross-functional teams using Agile and Lean techniques to drive continuous improvement in product delivery and team performance
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business needs into clear project requirements and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • • Measure and report on project performance using defined KPIs, providing transparent updates to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • • Coordinate resources and collaborate with other project managers to support the successful delivery of the broader TSO portfolio of technology initiatives
  • • Lead internal technology improvement projects such as the migration of the company’s ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency
  • • Apply appropriate project management tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project to track progress, manage changes, and document project artifacts
  • • Ensure adherence to SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices across project lifecycles to support reliable and scalable software delivery
  • • Maintain awareness of relevant ISO standards and industry best practices to inform governance and process compliance
  • • Work fully remotely but be prepared to travel to client sites in Central London as required to engage with stakeholders and support on-site delivery activities
  • • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
  • • Apply change management principles to support organizational transitions and adoption of new systems or processes

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing software delivery projects, preferably in public sector, regulatory, or professional services environments
  • • Accreditation in PRINCE2 and Agile Scrum
  • • Experience leading complex software projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • • Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project
  • • Understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
