- • As a Technology Solutions Advisor - Collaboration at CDW Corporation, you will serve as a trusted technical expert and strategic partner to sales teams, driving solutions growth by aligning customer business needs with advanced Collaboration, UCaaS, and CCaaS technologies. Your role is pivotal in enabling hybrid work, modernizing contact centers, and transforming customer experiences through expert guidance on voice, video, messaging, meetings, and omnichannel engagement platforms.
- • Day to day, you will act as a subject matter advisor by discovering and qualifying customer needs, recommending and contrasting solutions, explaining technical specifications and benefits of primary, secondary, and emerging technologies, reviewing cloud and on-premises options, contributing to the team’s knowledge base, attending mandatory partner training, pursuing role-level certifications, engaging customers to uncover broader solution opportunities, participating in CDW-hosted virtual events via WebEx, Teams, or Zoom, advising Account Managers on best practices and competitive positioning, managing customer proposals in partner registration systems, reviewing quotes and orders for accuracy, and responding promptly to inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders regarding deals, registrations, and escalations.

- • In this role, you will deepen your technical mastery of Collaboration, UCaaS, and CCaaS solutions while building consultative sales and partner engagement skills. You’ll gain exposure to cross-discipline TS practices, enhance your ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, and grow as a trusted advisor who influences sales outcomes and customer success—positioning you for advancement within CDW’s technology solutions practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s degree plus minimum 3 years of sales experience
- • Proven success and experience selling technology solutions and services
- • Ability to execute territory goals and metrics
- • Strong oral and written communication skills
- • Ability to think creatively and proactively generate ideas that increase sales
- • Strong passion for learning and teaching others
- • Motivated and self-starting with strong problem-solving skills
- • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- • Technical Accreditations and/or Certifications (preferred)
- • Experience selling to small business (a plus)
