📋 Description

• As a Telepsychiatrist at Array Behavioral Care, you will provide essential psychiatric services to patients in correctional facilities, helping to expand access to quality mental health care through innovative telehealth solutions.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, diagnosing behavioral health disorders, prescribing medications, implementing psychotherapeutic treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams, and reviewing treatment plans.
• Array Behavioral Care is the nation’s leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, partnering with hospitals, health systems, and payors to deliver timely, high-quality behavioral health care across the care continuum.
• In this role, you will deepen your clinical expertise in correctional psychiatry, gain experience with telehealth technology, and contribute to improving mental health outcomes for underserved populations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Illinois medical license to practice psychiatry
• 1-3 years of clinical experience since obtaining medical license
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with telehealth and digital health technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient care and team collaboration
• Established and updated CAQH profile (strongly preferred)
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and DEA registration (supported and reimbursed by employer)
