- • The Temp CIC Support Specialist role is critical to ensuring accurate timekeeping, performance tracking, and reporting for direct operation associates within AAA Auto Club Group’s contact center operations, directly supporting payroll accuracy and workforce management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing time entries and attendance in company systems, identifying and resolving timecard exceptions, supporting supervisors with performance data, researching complex issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, auditing leave time (PTO, LOA, ADA, holidays), producing reports, training new employees, and ensuring all timecards are approved before payroll deadlines.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in workforce management systems, gain experience in performance analytics and reporting, strengthen your analytical and problem-solving abilities, and build professional relationships across HR, payroll, and operations teams—positioning you for growth in HR operations, workforce planning, or contact center management.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1+ years of contact center experience
- • Experience with workforce management software; working knowledge of NICE IEX preferred
- • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
