- • Partner with HR Operations leadership to drive global HR projects and foster an operational excellence mindset within the Global HR function.
- • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new benefits platform across multiple international locations, including design, configuration, testing, and validation.
- • Develop and revise project work plans to align with evolving business needs and strategic objectives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- • Coordinate cross-functional activities with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and execute project deliverables.
- • Create standardized processes, tools, and templates for project identification, execution, and handoff within the HR function.
- • Deliver project updates regularly to HR Operations and key stakeholders through structured communication and reporting mechanisms.
- • Apply established project management methodologies and problem-solving techniques to manage complex HR system implementations, including HCMs such as Workday, Oracle, and Beeline.
- • Support data gathering, input, testing, training, and customer validation activities for HR system upgrades and new deployments.
- • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to ensure adoption of best practices and optimal solutions in project execution.
- • Implement change management strategies to support diverse employee personas including employees, contingent workers, and people managers.
- • Identify strategic opportunities to improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and cost-effectiveness within HR processes.
- • Document day-to-day project progress using standard project plans and provide regular status updates to management.
- • Maintain flexibility to manage tight deadlines, independently prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities in a global environment.
- • Interact effectively with all organizational levels, including executive leadership, to influence outcomes and secure buy-in.
- • Travel up to 10% as required for project implementation, stakeholder meetings, or site visits.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- • 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in a Project Management role
- • Project Management Certification (PMP) required
- • Proven experience managing HR system implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Beeline)
- • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Visio
- • Knowledge of HR change management strategies and operational excellence methodologies
