📋 Description

• Lead development of study-level patient recruitment and retention strategies for clinical programs and studies, ensuring alignment with global trial objectives and patient engagement goals.
• Drive participant profile definition and clinical trial journey mapping to optimize enrollment and retention across diverse populations and geographies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, vendors, and study teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform clinical strategy and operational decisions.
• Manage country feasibility assessments and operational landscape activities to support study initiation and execution in global markets.
• Develop vendor strategies in collaboration with sourcing teams and external partners to ensure effective resource allocation and service delivery.
• Deliver patient insights to protocol design and study execution teams, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively across diverse, global stakeholder groups, fostering alignment and accountability in patient recruitment and retention efforts.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences, enabling informed decision-making at all levels.

• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
