- • As a Territory Account Executive at Clipboard Health Inc., you will serve as the primary market owner in your assigned territory, driving revenue growth by building and expanding relationships with healthcare facilities, particularly in the long-term care sector. This role is critical to Clipboard’s mission of lifting people up the socioeconomic ladder by connecting professionals with on-demand work opportunities through its app-based marketplace.
- • You will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, engaging directly with key decision-makers such as Administrators, Staffing Coordinators, and Regional Directors of Operations at healthcare facilities to prospect, pitch, and close new partnerships while nurturing existing accounts to increase platform utilization and retention.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-person sales meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits; developing a nuanced understanding of your local healthcare market and competitive landscape; collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support; and maintaining accurate, up-to-date pipeline and activity records in the CRM system to forecast performance and guide strategy.
- • You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, from initial outreach through contract execution and beyond, ensuring that facility partners derive maximum value from Clipboard’s platform and are positioned for long-term success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in sales, account management, customer-facing, or B2B field sales (for early-career path) OR 3–5+ years as a territory manager, outside sales rep, business development, or account manager (for experienced path), with healthcare or marketplace experience a plus
- • Strong communication and relationship-building skills tailored to both clinical and business audiences, enabling effective engagement with healthcare administrators and operational leaders
- • A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally 60–80% of the time to support field-based customer meetings and site visits
