- • As a Territory Account Manager at EquipmentShare, you will drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and strengthening relationships with contractors and construction company principals in the Canoga Park, CA area. This role is critical to EquipmentShare’s mission of transforming the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support, directly contributing to market share growth and customer satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will manage a geographical territory by executing full sales strategies including market analysis, forecasting, pipeline development, and contract negotiation. You will respond to inbound leads using CRM systems, pursue new business development, nurture existing accounts, resolve customer inquiries, conduct sales presentations, and support job site activities with both remote and on-site involvement when needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven outside sales experience with a track record of success in B2B environments
- • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- • Technical aptitude to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and company systems
- • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset with a team-oriented approach
- • Experience in heavy construction equipment or the rental/construction industry is preferred but not required
