  • • As a Territory Account Manager at EquipmentShare, you will drive growth by expanding the customer base and strengthening relationships with contractors and construction company principals in the Baytown, TX area, playing a key role in transforming the construction equipment rental industry through innovative technology and personalized service.
  • • Day to day, you will manage your territory by executing sales strategies, responding to inbound leads via CRM, developing new business, maintaining existing accounts, resolving customer inquiries, conducting sales presentations, and supporting job site activities with on-site and remote involvement.
  • • EquipmentShare is a mission-driven, people-first company leveraging its proprietary T3 platform to empower contractors with real-time support and technology, aiming to modernize an outdated industry while fostering a culture of innovation, grit, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven outside sales experience with a strong track record in B2B sales, preferably in heavy construction equipment or related industries.
  • • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate value effectively to contractors and business principals.
  • • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset, thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment while embracing change and continuous improvement.
  • • Physical ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new EquipmentShare products, services, and internal systems, including CRM platforms.
